Max Scholl
Max Scholl, born 1977 in Germany, studied Television and Media Engineering at the University Of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden (Germany). During and after his study he worked for RTL Television in Germany on various TV productions and live broadcasts including UEFA Champions league, FIS SKI Jumping World Cups, Formular 1, The Dome and Europeans biggest music awards – The Echo. In 2005 Max came to Shenzhen to work for the German Quality Service company ASIG. In his position as the manager of an audio and video laboratory he was in charge of technical tests and evaluations of the latest audio, video and photography equipment that was manufactured in China. Looking for some more creativity and seeing the opportunities in Asia Max decided in early 2007 to start his own video production business. He founded the company Condiatec in Hong Kong and used to work as a freelance cameraman, editor and director in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and different other parts of Asia. In 2009 business expanded and Max founded a joint venture Shinemax Media, a production company based in Shenzhen that is focusing on corporate videos and image films for foreign brands and hotels. His client list includes Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts, Four Seasons Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Shenzhen, Forbes Travel Guide, Airbnb, Nespresso, Tchibo, WIK, Skechers, ELLE Magazine, Goethe Institute Beijing and Europeans Television Broadcaster RTL. Max worked at various film festivals in Asia like the Golden Horse Awards in Taiwan or the Asian Film Awards in Hong Kong and shot interviews with international celebrities such as Chinese Actor Zhen Zi Dan or Ping Pong Gold Medal Winner Wang Hao.
